Amongst the special mouth-watering options, a highlight is the all-new Bubble Q on the Beach, hosted every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from 6PM to 11PM under the stars on Nusa Dua’s pristine sands. Harking back to a classic era of vintage chic, Bubble Q offers a special chef’s barbecue menu with a selection of hearty flavours, freshest catches and grilled meats and, as the “Bubble Q” name suggests, a selection of the finest specially priced Champagnes, with premier labels such as Veuve Clicquot, Dom Perignon and Cristal Roederer Vintage, for Champagne Specials by the glass or bottle, as well as Rose Champagnes and more.
Freshly prepared dishes barbecued over charcoal fires cater to all tastes, covering locally sourced organic Butterflied King Prawns in lemon and garlic sauce, Beef Brisket crusted with peppercorns and slow-cooked for 48 hours, Ginger and Lemongrass Swordfish Steak and vegetarian options, accompanied by perfectly suited barbecue trimmings and house-made sauces. “Cravings” feature such naughties as Toasted Marshmallow and Grilled Strawberry Skewers with bittersweet dark chocolate sauce. As usual at Nikki Beach events, Bubble Q comes served with signature Nikki Beach live entertainment, unique ambience and Bali’s sexiest crowd.
