Dissolve Weekend by Marriott Bonvoy

Welcoming back eager travellers to the island of Bali, Marriott Bonvoy is hosting a jam-packed four-day festival with Dissolve Weekend.

Marriott Bonvoy invites travellers to melt away from life’s hustle and bustle and slip into fun. A first of its kind in Bali, Dissolve Weekend is an invitation for one and all, with ever-lovin’ fun in all shapes and forms. Partnering with Moët Hennessy, the four-day festival will be held at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort and W Bali – Seminyak from 14 to 17 July 2022.

From nibbles and bites, to notes and beats, the line-up is filled with top performers from around the world, the best restaurants on the island and some of the most talented F&B personalities in the country.

Ambar at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve

The event will kick start on 14 July at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve with Rosé Afternoon at Ambar, where Moët Hennessy is collaborating with Pastry Chef Jason Licker and Chef Bayu Retno Timur to present a rosé-themed afternoon tea.

The next day, Atomic 17 at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort will host a sundowner event featuring the island’s best bartenders. With a drink in hand, jump in for a splash or take a dip at the resort’s thematic pool. Nosh on juicy kebabs and great noodles brought to you by Chef Alit – all at IDR75,000 net per item. Even better, simply drink up to some of the best liquid creations by Atomic 17’s very own Andrew and The Lawn Canggu’s Daniel Gerves. Festival-goers can look forward to dancing to the beats of DJ E Nick, DJ Wilson and DJ Anastasia, REN’s Sound Navigator.

Down in Seminyak, Starfish Bloo at W Bali – Seminyak will showcase two culinary luminaries with a special dinner on 15 July. Chef Fernando Sindu of Cork & Screw Jakarta teams up with a sustainable fishmonger and Chef Ryan Thejasukmana of Empak Locale, a premium local seafood purveyor working with a collective of fishermen focusing on sustainable line-caught fish.

On 16 July, crank up your dinner at FIRE as Chef Vallian Gunawan of Canggu’s Skool Kitchen and Chef Norberto Palacios of W Bali – Seminyak turn up the heat to create a feast of grilled meats, Asado-style. A barbecue technique beloved in South America, amp up the fun at Fire’s al fresco terrace, where a lit fire-themed show will accompany dinner.

On the last day, dissolve in dance with international headliners such as DJ Erik Villar, DJ Nick Nolte, DJ Dani Brasil and DJ Femme A who will take centre stage and cap-off the four days of festivities. The party will kick off early in the afternoon to the fresh sounds of W Bali – Seminyak’s resident DJ Point85 and the epic Bali beats of Damian Saint. Set to be the hottest party of the year, order some of Bali’s favourite tipples and chow down on some eats from the food stations.
