Finessing Your Weekends at The St. Regis Bali Resort

With a name that exudes exclusivity and opulence, The St. Regis Bali Resort is now presenting the most desirable brunch on Saturdays and Sundays at the award-winning beachfront Kayuputi Restaurant.

Kayuputi Restaurant at The St. Regis Bali is unquestionably one of Bali’s leading and most sophisticated fine-dining experiences. Helmed by award-winning Executive Chef Agung Gede, it provides guests with an exceptional range of Asian-influenced haute cuisine with peerless service and a colossal selection of hand-selected wines displayed in its imposing two-story glass wine cellar.

Offering diners decadent dining experiences, the Hampton-style restaurant is also home to the most desirable brunch on the island, the Astor Diamond Champagne Brunch. Satisfying exquisite demand for this brunch, this spectacular dining experience is now available on Saturdays and Sundays. The gastronomic indulgence is beyond expectation and was inspired by The Astor’s traditions. It is available every Saturday, while Sundays see the luxurious addition of a caviar and Champagne sabrage ritual.

Starting at 11am, guests are invited to Kayuputi’s Apéritif Bar for pre-brunch drinks with free flow juices and cocktails, including the famed Bali Mary, the resort’s local twist on the famed St. Regis signature Bloody Mary. The Pan-Asian inspired haute cuisine brunch formally starts at noon, with amuse-bouche served alongside freshly baked pastries, healthy favourites and curated homemade cured and smoked fish terrine. Handcrafted à la carte brunch dishes are served plate by plate with endless pass-arounds prepared à la minute, including lobster, Wagyu beef D rump, a variety of duck foie gras, and a selection of distinctive desserts, such as Kintamani Coffee, Jembrana Chocolate and Bali Orange, all meticulously crafted by French chef pâtissier, Vincent Stopin.
