HSBC Wealth & Beyond Personal Economy Forum 2016

HSBC once again holds the HSBC Wealth & Beyond, Personal Economy Forum, one of the biggest annual educative events in the Indonesian banking industry to conduct in-depth discussion on the topic of Wealth Management. The grand theme for this year’s forum is Passions Never Retire. This theme is in line with the commitment of HSBC’s running campaign titled #StartSekarang. The campaign aims to consistently encourage people to immediately start setting up a long term financial plan, imperative for future welfare. “HSBC Wealth & Beyond, Personal Economy Forum 2016 reflects our best commitment to educate Indonesian people on the importance of a strategic plan in managing and building a sustainable welfare. As 1,500 Premier and Advance Customers joined thousands of other finance enthusiasts, HSBC presented financial education of unrivalled quality, with speakers from numerous partnering authorities, which include Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia, Ashmore Aset Manajemen Indonesia, AXA General Insurance Indonesia, Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen, BNP Paribas Investment Partners, Eastspring Investments Indonesia, First State Investments Indonesia, Mandiri Manajemen Investasi, Manulife Aset Manajemen Indonesia, Schroder Investment Management.

In addition, more than 300 senior financial students from selected universities were invited to gain benefit from the wisdom of HSBC’s 2016 campaign, which was also the title of this year’s Wealth & Beyond, Personal Economy Forum 2016: Passions Never Retire.

The forum raised interesting and relevant topics of discussion, such as “Wealth Management in Indonesia: Opportunities and Challenges”, “Wealth Management: Start Now and Never Delay for a Brighter Future”, as well as “The Best Way to Seize Investment Opportunities in 2016”.

To close off this very financially enlightening day, HSBC invited Li Cunxin, former world number one dancer who became one of the most prominent stockbrokers in Australia, to inspire the enthusiastic audience with his amazing life story.
