Sylvain Pasdeloup

Accor announces the appointment of Sylvain Pasdeloup as the brand’s new Vice President of Operations for Ennismore, South East Asia, Japan and South Korea. 

After a decade of success at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, hotelier Sylvain Pasdeloup has been appointed as Accor’s Vice President of Operations for Ennismore, South East Asia, Japan and South Korea this January.

With an unrivalled passion to strive in the industry, Sylvain received a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Taylors University in Malaysia, as well as an MBA for ESSEC IMHI School in France.

His journey in the hospitality world started when he worked as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in Sofitel Jin Jiang in China in 2004. His career moved in a fast pace, as he became the Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency Paris, Director of Food & Beverage at Sofitel Gold Coast and Sofitel Brisbane Central.

In 2010, Sylvain joined the pre-opening team of Sofitel Mumbai Bandra Kurla as the Executive Assistant Manager, before joining the pre-opening team of Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort in 2013 as the Resort Manager. In 2015, he was appointed General Manager for Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort.

His accolades include winning the Accor Gold Bernaches Award 2016 on Guest Passion and the Accor Team Bernaches Award 2021 on Diversity & Inclusion. For the new role as Accor’s Vice President of Operations for Ennismore, South East Asia, Japan and South Korea, Sylvain is in charge of development, as well as upholding the profitability and values by leading business operations and developing the General Managers.
