Dubbed a meat-eater’s paradise, SI JIN is a steakhouse that prides itself in bringing the most exquisite selections of meat from around the world to Bali. Lead by chef Joel Lim Si Jin, the restaurant highlights the concept of sharing and carries a selection of dry-aged and premium wet-aged meats. All of these are prepped in-house and cooked on smokeless grills at each table, combining Korean and Japanese techniques with locally sourced ingredients.
Open daily for dinner only, savour the best quality meats, ranging from 30-day aged picanha 9+, 45-day aged Hokkaido “snow” series and 60-day aged Andong soju bone-in rib eye, all served with eight different homemade salts. In addition, the restaurant also offers tantalising starters and sharing side dishes, with sophisticated cocktails to complete the dining experience.
Under the lead of chef Joel, who honed his skills with chef Wolfgang Puck and chef Akira Back, SI JIN strives to deliver quality dishes by treating the ingredients with the utmost respect.
