For the past four years, this venue has been named on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, as well as taking the number six spot on last year’s list of best bars in Asia. Taking a lead from the inventive approach to food pioneered by the likes of Ferran Adria at El Bulli restaurant, Quinary is bringing to cocktails this same food-science approach that understands why certain aromas, flavours and textures work together, while seeking to engage all five of the senses. Where classics take on a new twist, where new drinks may become tomorrow’s classics, Quinary will take you on a multisensory experience into the new world of cocktails.

Antonio Lai, Diageo World Class 2015 Hong Kong and Macau champion, takes the helm. The long bar extends to Antonio’s lab showcasing the rotary evaporator redistilling the bar’s own wasabi vodka for the Quinary Bloody Mary, the centrifuge creating a cleaner crisp grapefruit juice for the Crystal 10 cocktail, and the caviar box for Antonio’s signature Earl Grey Caviar Martini.
