The quality doesn’t stop at the theme, as The Plantation Grill serves the best of dry-aged, pasture-fed Australian beef and responsibly sourced seafood. The inspiring decade might be closely associated with elusiveness – considering it was the Prohibition Era, but there’s nothing elusive about the dishes served here. The decadent 600g T-bone is big enough for two, the lobster Thermidor is succulent and served with VSOP cognac, and save some room for the bomb – the showstopper Bombe Alaska, that is.
