Complemented by an excellent wine and cocktail menu, the food is sensational – classic bar menu favourites like squid satay and crisp tempura with miso mayo mingle with chef Luke’s signature black Balinese pork and new dishes such as yellow fin tuna with smoked cashew cream, pickled wild pepper and seaweed cracker and the awesome Lombok scallops served with smoked cashew cream, preserved lemon and radish in dashi.
