The festive culinary season kicks off on 18th December when Kwee Zeen starts showcasing Christmas-themed à la carte lunches and buffet dinners, while Cucina presents seasonal à la carte dinners accompanied by a live acoustic band.
As is the Sofitel Bali custom, all the stops are pulled out for the big days and the joy of the season will be at its most Christmassy with colourful, quirky decorations, carols and entertainment. On Christmas Eve in Cucina, a fabulous array of Christmas specialities will be added to the famed Riviera brunch, with alcohol packages also available, while in the evening, an elegant and tempting five-course degustation menu is sure to make it a night to remember. Kwee Zeen is also in on the action and has a great Christmas-themed buffet dinner and festive music to keep up the spirit of the season.
Both Kwee Zeen and Cucina celebrate Christmas Day with live acoustic bands and a children’s choir performing the most popular Christmas carols, while a magician is on hand to share some festive magic, amusing tricks and surprises. Santa will, of course, be visiting all the nice children and may well have some surprises with him!
New Year’s Eve is no less special at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort with celebrations taking place all around the resort. Toya Beach Bar & Grill is throwing a seaside party with a barbecue dinner, Kwee Zeen has a celebratory à la carte lunch menu and set dinner on offer, while Cucina adds some fun to its celebrated brunch.
For a more Balinese feel to the evening as you await that all important countdown, in the ballrooms catch the rhythmic, mesmerising Kecak dance and join the lavish Moulin Rouge-themed feast accompanied by a live band and DJ playing upbeat tunes to keep your feet tapping all evening.
The ultimate culmination of all the celebrations is, of course, the dazzling firework display on Retreat Beach, a truly fitting end to one year and start to a new one.
