On Chinese New Year’s Day, a family-style lunch will be presented with an indulgent range of popular traditional Chinese delicacies crafted by chef Tri Priyanto, Chef de Cuisine of Banquet Operations, featuring his favourite recipes, including white snapper fillet with Chinese mushroom, slow-cooked chicken with lotus seed and bamboo shoot, stir-fried crystal prawn celery and ginger lai kay-style, and much more.

Start the meal tossing a gourmet Yu Sheng at your table to bring luck, wealth, good health, and property. This special Yu Sheng features a vibrant mix of ingredients, including shredded carrots, radish, crispy vermicelli, ginger, with a special homemade sauce. For extra indulgence, the team has also prepared a generous amount of Norwegian salmon sashimi for the opening toss. It is believed that the higher the toss of the Yu Sheng, the greater the prosperity for the following year, therefore guests are expected to toss enthusiastically.
