In August this year, the Edrington group presented The Macallan M Masters golfing competition for the first time ever in Indonesia. Over 280 participants played three qualifying rounds, ending the day relaxing over Macallan cocktails such as the signature whisky sour and copa. The intimate event concluded with a ceremony and dinner where participants chatted and dined on delectable cuisine served exquisitely with The Macallan’s renowned whiskies.
The twelve best players were selected from the three qualifying rounds played at three of Jakarta’s world-class golf courses: Damai Indah Golf Pantai Indah Kapuk, Cengkareng Golf Club Soewarna and Royale Jakarta Golf Club. The 12 winners flew to Bangkok as representatives for Indonesia in the final tournament of The Macallan M Masters 2019 in September, where they stood the chance to walk away with exclusive prizes, including a trip to The Macallan’s home in Speyside, Scotland for an intimate journey to experience the brand at its best.
