Indulge in the Art and Dine Journey at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali

The resort’s Bejana Restaurant invites culinary and art enthusiasts alike to join a limited-time experience highlighting Indonesia’s finest flavours and artists.

The Ritz-Carlton, Bali proudly presents Art and Dine programme, offering a unique dining experience combined with fine art appreciation at the resort’s Bejana Restaurant. The event will kick off this Friday, 29 July 2022, and run until 28 August 2022 at Bejana Restaurant, allowing guests to dine amidst curated exhibitions of one of Indonesia’s influential contemporary artists, the late Made Wianta, curated by Galeri Zen1.

The restaurant is open for dinner from 6pm to 10pm every Wednesday to Sunday. For the Art and Dine programme, the restaurant’s culinary team has prepared a rijsttafel set comprising Tabanan dishes, an homage to the artist’s hometown, such as the Lawar Kuwir Klungah, Sager Be Pasih, Pulung Puluh Gedang Mekuah, Bebek Menyat-nyat, Ayam Bakar Bejek Belayu, Babi Genyol, Pepes Tuka, Sayur Jukut Paku, Nasi Sela and Klepon as dessert.

Priced at IDR618,000++ for two people, the Art and Dine programme also offers a stay package where you can stay at one of the resort’s luxurious suites, inclusive of daily breakfast and a one-time Art and Dine experience at Bejana Restaurant.

“The Art and Dine concept is the one-of-a-kind experience where guests can taste the authentic Indonesian and Balinese cuisine while enjoying the beautiful fine-art collections. We want to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests during their visit to Bali, Indonesia,” said John Woolley, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Bali.
