New Culinary Offerings

The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali has lined up some exciting culinary adventures at its excellent restaurants to take advantage of the new season’s fresh produce.

The Cafe has an extensive range of superb international cuisines and is now serving impressive Thai noodles, including the classic pad thai and khaow soy gai. Meanwhile, the beachside Soleil and lofty Sky Bar celebrate the annual Catalonia ritual of Calçotada with a hearty feast of char-grilled young leeks with romesco, lamb, beef and rustic handmade sausage, all cooked over charcoal to impart true, traditional grilled flavour.

Over at Table8, the culinary team is revelling in fresh flower snails, from the simply poached to chilled marinated flower snails in Chinese wine – an absolute must-try.

If the sweet life is for you, then call in at Mulia Deli for the traditional Florence carnival treat Schiacciata alla Fiorentina, a divinely fluffy cake with the fresh scent of orange peel and sweet vanilla. It’s perfect with a cup of tea.
