The Apurva Kempinski Bali is ready to welcome discerning diners back to its exclusive restaurant with a unique concept, Koral Restaurant, on 10 July. The dining destination is the one and only underwater restaurant in Bali, showcasing an aquarium dining experience that is unforgettable.
Beyond the unrivalled ambience, Koral has also gained quite some followers thanks to its creative gastronomic offerings, combining locally sourced fine ingredients, fresh and seasonal products, and the talent of its award-winning chef Andrea Astone, resulting in an array of surprising compositions that will impress the palate.
To commemorate the reopening, Andrea has meticulously crafted a special degustation menu inspired by Indonesian coastal flavours, enhanced with a European twist. You can choose from the degustation options of the Koral Experience menu or the Koral Gourmet menu, or you can curate and create your own set menu filled with your favourite dishes.
