A Culinary Feast on The Hills

Evolution Restaurant and Bar at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan, is introducing a double breakthrough to satisfy diners.

Strategically located in the hills of Ungasan, Evolution Restaurant and Bar is an all-day dining venue housed at the sprawling Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan. Taking advantage of its beautiful location, the restaurant offers more than just appetising culinary feasts, with a magnificent 270-degree view of the bay.

Specialising in fresh, authentic Indonesian fare, Evolution is introducing a new chef de cuisine, Chef Rikki Prianto, who is responsible for overseeing Evolution Restaurant and Bar, while safekeeping the highest standards of quality. Bringing years of experience with him to the Island of the Gods, Rikki is working alongside Executive Chef Rio Abednego.

For his debut at the hotel, Rikki is presenting a new selection of locally inspired dishes carefully selected from all over the archipelago, ranging from the mouthwatering Tahu Gejrot (West Java) and Rujak Jeruk (Bali), to Sate Padang Pariaman (West Sumatra) and Pallu Mara (South Sulawesi), not forgetting the all-time favourite dish, Sayur Kalumpe from Central Kalimantan, as well as 35 more dishes.

The new menu at Evolution Restaurant and Bar was chosen by the chef based on his years of culinary discoveries. Believing that Indonesian food is best shared among friends and family, diners can expect big portions and complimentary rice, signature sambal and crackers.
