A Dash of Spice at W Bali – Seminyak

Renowned for his culinary inspiration, Master Chef Chris Salans brings his signature Spice by Chris Salans to the shores of Seminyak.

Famed for creating memorable experiences, W Bali – Seminyak is hosting another unmissable culinary event to tantalise the senses. This time around, Chris Salans, one of the most notable chefs on the island, is showcasing his creativity through sips and bites from his Ubud-based Spice by Chris Salans. This culinary collaboration will be available from 10 to 13 June at Starfish Bloo, serving a special à la carte dinner menu.

Making the most of Seminyak’s sunset scene, guests can enjoy a selection of both signature arak-based and imported spirits cocktails, including Arak Tiki (arak, brem, kalamansi and sorbet), Arak Lemon Tini (lemon-infused arak, vodka, sweet vermouth and lemon twist), Cempaka (cempaka flower-infused arak, tonic and green tea syrup), Espresso Martini, Belle Spritz and Jim & Jack.

Meanwhile, the menu will feature a wide range of mouthwatering dishes with a selection of signature appetizers as well as mains, such as Slipper Lobster Laksa, Sticky Pork Ribs, Grilled Vegetables, Young Jackfruit with Bell Pepper Stew and more, with sweet indulgences to complete the dining experience.
