Renowned for its successful education and work placement programmes that help break the cycle of poverty, Bali WISE is celebrating International Women’s Day and Indonesian Kartini Day with a special event inspired by the courage and perseverance of Indonesian women who dedicate their lives to empower others and making their community a better place.
The Bali WISE mission is to empower young, marginalized Indonesian women through skills education and assistance in finding suitable employment afterwards. Once graduates gain skilled employment, they can break the downward spiral of poverty, support their families, and contribute to their community and the nation.
