Patrón Tequila celebrated life with its premium range of tequilas among good friends and hospitable company on 8th September 2016, by hosting an exclusively private tasting and pairing dinner at Cassis Kitchen, Jakarta. Privileged guests and friends of the brand present at the event rubbed shoulders with fellow tequila enthusiasts and fine-dining fans while enjoying plenty of Patrón-based cocktails crafted by one of the best bartenders of his generation. The evening’s feast started strong with roasted beets and burrata salad paired with Red Belly Margaritas, which are a mixture of Patrón Silver, Patrón Citronge, red bell pepper puree, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, and rimmed with black pepper sea salt.
The next course was specialized ceviche paired with the Paloma, which consists of Patrón Reposado, homemade grapefruit fresca and smoked sea salt. Next up was a delicious roasted striploin with paprika aioli and potato bravas, and this dish was paired with the Burritos Mojito – Patrón Reposado in cilantro roots, fresh mint, fresh lime, homemade tomato soda, garnished with cilantro, tomato cherry and spring mint. Lastly, the modern lemon tart for dessert was complemented with the Chocolate Spritz, a very refreshing concoction made up of the new Patrón XO Café Incendio, soda water and cava. It was an evening to remember as Patrón Tequila instilled a strong sense of family and festivity in everyone invited. Going forward, the brand will continue to be one of the most prominent names among Jakarta’s respected tequila crowd.
