Come New Year’s Eve, Seasalt is back with a fantastic four-course family-style set dinner to sate your hunger while waiting for the big countdown. Furthermore, you can find the resort’s Event Centre transformed into Village Vanguard, New York City’s legendary jazz club circa 1935. Village Vanguard is known as the origin of the world’s best jazz musicians, like Bill Evans, Miles Davis and John Coltrane, among others, so you can expect the finest tunes from these legends swinging through the evening as you enjoy the potent tipples and the mingling. Enhance the Village Vanguard experience with an opulent four-course dinner, meticulously crafted by the resort’s culinary team.
Don’t miss the Countdown Party at the Beach Bar at Alila Seminyak, where you can enjoy a special performance by Lydia Rose and Sammy on saxophone, a delicious selection of street food-themed light bites and spectacular fireworks as the cherry on top.
