Its latest culinary extravaganza sees four inspiring nights of regional gastronomy cooked by four renowned guest chefs serving up the best of Bali’s eight regencies. Savour dishes that range from coast to coast, from Tabanan to Badung and Buleleng to Negara.

The first of these epicurean evenings took place on 14 June with chef Kieran Morland presenting delights from Buleleng and Karangasem featuring Balinese boni, cassava, kluwek, andaliman and more, that were all met with great enthusiasm. If you missed out, don’t worry. On 9 August, chef Nic Philip will take the stage with dishes from Badung and Bangli, while on 25 September, chef Wayan Kresnayasa will showcase Negara and Klungkung and the final dinner will be on 10 October with Tabanan and Gianyar’s cuisines served up by chef Putu Dodik.
