For larger groups, a spectacular private room exhibits a single solid tree trunk dining table, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows allowing you to lose yourself in the panoramic views of the Kuta strait.

Velvety pesto, zesty sun-dried tomato and rich black olive dips welcome you at your immaculately laid table. The evening ambience is exquisite; modern-chic yet light-hearted and upbeat. Chef Rossano offers a range of delectable signature dishes to suit one and all. Indulge with the Filetto di branzino con olive timo e prosciutto – sea bream roll with parma ham, thyme and olives in a tomato coulis. For meat lovers, try the Spezzatino di maiale, manzo, e salsiccia con piselli – stewed diced pork, beef and pork sausage with green peas and onion. Top off the perfect family gathering with the heartwarming 48cm Pizza Gigante, or couple with a bottle of chilled Prosecco, just you and your special someone. With over 60 Italian wines available, each plate can be harmoniously matched with a carefully selected grape, recommended by expert Food and Beverage Manager, Eelco Bohtlingk. The Chef’s Risotto ai porcini – Italian rice with porcini mushroom sauce – is elegantly paired with Dolcetto d’Alba from Tre Vigne, imbuing just the right acidity to lighten the dish, with an airy aroma of black cherry and raspberry. Complement the Spezzatino di maiale with Recchia’s Amarone Della Valpolicella; an ultra-creamy wine with a brown sugary sweet finish.

Chef Rossano creates food that is as pleasing to the palate as it is to the eyes. The Italian-born chef has dedicated 22 years to perfecting his culinary genius, gaining invaluable experience in over 12 cities worldwide. Rossano injects his expertize into Bene’s impressive menu, fusing rich imported and fresh local ingredients that will please even the most discerning of guests.
