Cheek by Jowl

A new child of the Unlisted Collection, which binds design-driven properties in some of the major cities of the modern world, such as Shanghai, London and Sydney, has joined the Singapore culinary scene. In February 2016, Cheek by Jowl, which specialises in modern Australian dishes, opened its doors to the public in the lively neighbourhood of Telok Ayer. According to this philosophy, Cheek by Jowl Head Chef, Rishi Naleendra, has created a menu with elements of various cuisines composed in a gently flowing whole. Based in Singapore, Cheek by Jowl also takes inspiration from the local flavours and presents them in compositions such as coconut with laksa leaf ice cream, pomelo green chili parfait.

As soon as you enter the restaurant, the space opens up to outside, with guests invited to sit by the window and enjoy a glass of wine in a relaxed atmosphere. The art pieces displayed the restaurant are carefully chosen and participate in the trend of promoting local artists. Modern Australian cooking, drawing inspiration from around the world and combining the highlights of various cuisines on one plate.
