To celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year, The Langham, Hong Kong proudly presents delectable festive offerings, including refined Cantonese gourmet dishes and signature puddings, from the three Michelin-starred T’ang Court restaurant. Chinese Master Chef Kwong Wai Keung and T’ang Court Executive Chef Wong Chi Fai have prepared a festive menu using the most exclusive ingredients to create all-time Chinese culinary favourites.
Prepare your appetite for braised dried abalone with fish maw and beche-de-mer, double-boiled fish maw soup with conpoy and sea whelk, sautéed prawns and scallops with celery, red and yellow bell pepper in taro nest, and golden-fried minced Yunnan ham and egg fritters – among much more. The conventional Yunnan ham egg fritters is amped up a notch with foie gras paste in its mixture.
The Chinese New Year menu is available from 5th to 11th February, with the festive dim sum selections served during lunch only.
