Feast of the Holy Month


Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta welcomes the holy month of Ramadhan with a dazzling line-up of tantalising offerings. With Indonesian, Malaysian and Turkish dishes to choose from, guests will not lack for delicious choices this festive season. A break the fast menu of tempting doner kebab, slow-cooked beef rendang, fragrant asam laksa and other beautiful offerings will be available alongside delectable tajil and Ramadhan desserts. Exclusive Ramadhan hampers will also be available with classic Indonesian and Western cookies such as nastar and Vienna cookies.



For Ramadhan, Hotel Gran Mahakam has prepared a variety of festive promotions for visitors. Guests can expect stunning Moroccan-inspired decorations for the holy month. A special room package available 26th May to 9th July will include breakfast for two, dining discounts and complimentary refreshments. Le Gran Café will offer a feast of fast-breaking buffets from 25th May to 24th June, with delectable tajils such as kolak, Indonesian specialties such as nasi Bali, as well as kambing guling at the carving station. Japanese food lovers can head to AOKI Japanese Cuisine, which will also serve delightful tajil, favourites such as sashimi and sumptuous mains such as truffle beef.



The Dharmawangsa Jakarta will celebrate this festive Ramadhan with unique themed culinary offerings at Bimasena and Jakarta restaurants. Between 29th May and 22nd June, visitors will be able to enjoy tantalising Egyptian delights such as the cold mezze selections and delectable baklava at Bimasena, which will be decorated in stunning Egyptian décor. From 28th May to 23rd June, Jakarta restaurant will be serving a dazzling selection of classic Indonesian fare such as the all-time favourites kambing guling, sumptuous rawon accompanied by indulgent desserts such as martabak manis and kue pisang. Celebrate a heart-warming festive season this Ramadhan at Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta. From May 22nd to June 24th, Restoran Fiesta will serve a delicious spread of Middle Eastern cuisine such as the tender lamb ouzi served with aromatic Arabic rice and beautiful Lebanese-style shish tawook.
