Celebrating the launch of its first-ever showroom in Bali and its second location in Indonesia, Bang & Olufsen, together with Exquisite Media, celebrated in style on 20th May during a lavish white-themed grand opening soirée. The evening began with glistening glasses of fine Moët & Chandon Champagne and sumptuous canapés from Bvlgari Resort Bali, whilst the island’s most discerning tech enthusiasts and style-savvy socialites flocked to the showroom on Sunset Road.
As the drinks flowed, guests were invited to browse the chic showroom to discover the latest Bang & Olufsen technologies. The store has managed to capture an atmosphere that is both luxurious and welcoming, designed to captivate curiosity and awe, where discerning consumers can hear, see and feel the magic of Bang & Olufsen products, like the rotating and curved HD TVs, high-performance loudspeakers and in-built, futuristic sound systems.
To mark the grand opening, Bang & Olufsen also presented the BeoPlay A9 Special Edition – the brand’s iconic sound system, now with a batik twist. Dedicated to the Bang & Olufsen Bali showroom, the special edition speaker is the result of a collaboration with world-famous batik maestro, Iwan Tirta. Iconic in shape, elegant in appearance and gorgeous in sound, the speaker, exclusively in Bali, is covered with the very best Indonesian textiles.
The evening came to a glamorous close with Smirnoff cocktails, Parisian macarons and locally sourced chocolates, while guests enjoyed exclusive retail therapy as the first customers of the Bang & Olufsen Bali Showroom.
