The stay-at-home situation has changed daily life for this busy man, and he talked to us about how he is adjusting.

Q: How has the stay-at-home situation changed your daily life?
A: I was a businessman who was always busy. Suddenly staying at home for more than two weeks seems to make people feel lethargic.

Q: What activities do you like to do now that you have to stay at home more?
A: I wake up at the same time as when I go to work every morning. and during the morning I do my office work by video call or email. During lunchtime, I do physical exercises in my room. Then I check my email again in the afternoon and practice my golf swing.

Q: Please share your tips on what to do to stay positive at home.
A: Usually, I drink at a restaurant with my colleagues for dinner, but now I have dinner with my family at home every day, so I have more time to talk with my family without drinking. After the meal, the family takes turns doing dishes and our relationship seems to have become more intimate.

Q: Do you have any tips to maintain a healthy lifestyle?
A: I usually work out at the gym without having lunch. I’m not a person who has a very physical job, so exercising without lunch seems to make my mind and body healthier and clearer.

Q: Since you have to stay at home more, what do you miss most from normal life?
A: Social encounters with close friends, such as golf and dinner, that are no longer possible.

Q: What is the first country you want to visit after the quarantine is over and why?
A: I want to go to Korea first. I want to see how my family is doing and as part of my new job I want to meet the employees at the Korean headquarters.
