Under the theme “Be Orang Local”, the talented resident mixologist Gilang Ramadan Pangestu has crafted outstanding beverages infused with rich local ingredients, from aromatic herbs to zesty spices.
Patrons can enjoy this offer daily from 6pm to 9pm, and choose from intriguing tipples like Daun Tomat, which is made from 3-year-old rum, cherry tomato, kemangi and falernum citrus sherbet to create a concoction of light and tropical umami flavours. The Pandan Mule is more fragrant, made from blended whisky, pandan cordials, citrus and ginger ale. Anggur Leaf is made from extra dry gin, spiced anggur, elderflower and citrus. The Coco Lico is also a must-try, with Frangelico, Amaretto, Kahlua, coconut, vanilla and cream. Last but not least is Melati Vermouth with melati thyme with vermouth bianco, Tio Pepe sherry, kemangi melati syrup, citrus and tonic.
