New menu highlights at JAAN begin with Langoustine Cannelloni composed of Langoustine Tartar and Jelly, Citrus Caviar and Uni. Inspired from seasonal ingredients which are the best produce arriving in town is Farmer’s Harvest or be impressed by the “Majestic” Irish Oyster served with Artichoke and ‘Oscietra’ Caviar.
Other notable dishes include Crayfish Zucchini and Forest Pigeon with Polenta. Diners can then end off their dining experience with a sweet indulgence of Roasted French Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream.
