The first is A Night in Cairo at PA.SO.LA Restaurant, an immersive culinary journey, alongside an opulent five-tier Ramadan hamper collection inspired by the golden traditions of the Middle East. Together, these offerings reflect the hotel’s commitment to honouring gratitude and the spirit of generous hospitality.
From 19 February to 18 March 2026, PA.SO.LA is transformed to evoke Cairo, Egypt. In an exclusive collaboration with Qatar Airways, the hotel welcomes two distinguished guest chefs from The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo to the culinary team, ensuring an authentic Egyptian dining experience that remains true to its roots.
Leading the residency is Chef Walid Anwar Diab as Senior Chef de Cuisine, whose three decades of expertise bring a masterclass in traditional flavors to the city. Known for his meticulous approach and deep-seated passion for Middle Eastern gastronomy, Chef Walid’s arrival marks a high-profile cultural exchange that extends far beyond the plate.
