Ubud’s Most Sought-After Dining Experience is Back

By popular demand, the iconic Mozaic Restaurant in Ubud is relaunching its intimate Chef’s Table dining experience with a weekly Sunday Brunch.

Ubud’s most iconic dining destination for over 20 years, Mozaic, has a new concept for diners with chef-owner Chris Salans serving brunch at Mozaic’s Workshop every Sunday, starting on 22 August.

The intimate Chef’s Table has previously been voted one of the best dining experiences on the island and is where diners get the chance to see the kitchen action and to know more about the master chef himself. For Sunday Brunch, Chef Chris will host and greet each diner personally and serve a delectable three-course set menu served family style. The menu consists of three appetizers, three main courses, three side dishes and three desserts, with meat, seafood and vegan selections to cover dietary restrictions.

The Workshop is a beautiful air-conditioned space at the far end of the Mozaic garden overlooking Ubud’s iconic rice fields. This dedicated area has a sleek, state-of-the-art Miele kitchen and stylish dining room. For those who prefer to eat outside, the spice garden is also available for the delightful Sunday brunch.

Brunch at The Workshop is priced at IDR550,000++ per person for the three-course set menu and is available from 12pm until 2pm. Seating is very limited to follow government regulations on health and social distancing.
