Continuing the festivities for its 10th anniversary, W Bali – Seminyak is presenting a unique kitchen takeover with Bali’s famed Nusantara by Locavore.
Since its first inception on the island, W Bali – Seminyak has always been brimming with great ideas to make every visit a memorable one. Now, 10 years on, the vibrant resort on Seminyak Beach is carrying on the celebrations with a culinary event. From 12 to 16 May, diners can indulge in the fine creations of Nusantara by Locavore at Starfish Bloo.
Helmed by chef Putu Dodik and chef Wayan Tiari, Nusantara by Locavore is famous for creating Indonesian favourites that combine the freshest of local and seasonal ingredients with ethical meats. Both chefs will take over Starfish Bloo’s kitchen for five nights and be ready to dazzle diners with dishes such as grilled satays, ayam plecing, sapi rembiha, cumi hitam, gohu, ikan bakar, brengkes udang and more. In addition to the à la carte options, the dinner will also offer a set menu starting at IDR550,000++ per person.
The collaboration will also see Raka from The Night Rooster busy at Woobar. As Locavore’s head mixologist, Raka is known for creating exciting cocktails made from premium spirits imaginatively combined with local fruits, herbs, vegetables and spices. This special edition of MIA will be for one date only on 14 May from 4pm until 7pm.
