Celebrating Global Wellness Day on 13 June 2020, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts invites you to join the festivities from the comfort of your home with a full day of wellness programmes from around the Asia-Pacific region offered through virtual and in-person experiences.
Showcasing some of Asia’s ancient healing traditions, viewers can partake in virtual lessons, from forest bathing in Chiang Rai to laughter yoga in Bali and a centuries-old herbal tonic recipe in Jakarta. These special classes are curated for the home environment with Four Seasons wellness experts. For those who prefer an in-person experience, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong will be offering Tai Chi, singing bowl therapy and yoga led by experts from Sweaty Betty.
