A highlight of the season is the continuation of Regent Bali Canggu’s MICHELIN Master Series at Chef’s Table. This exclusive trilogy of fine dining welcomes Michelin-awarded chefs from across Asia, including Dan Bark, Allen Hyunmin Suh, Louis Tam and Florence Dalia. Each intimate evening showcases culinary artistry and precision, offering guests a memorable journey of flavour rooted in creativity and excellence.
Christmas celebrations unfold across the resort’s distinctive dining venues. At Sazón, guests can enjoy a Mediterranean-inspired Nochebuena on Christmas Eve, featuring sharing tapas and a tasting menu with selected wines.
