

Culinary enthusiasts gathered at 8SOULS Jakarta for La Notte di Fratini, a special evening led by Chef Gabriel Fratini. With over 50 years of Michelin-starred experience and a history of cooking for icons like Michael Jackson and Roger Federer, he infused each dish with his signature flair and depth.
Diners enjoyed a six-course menu that unfolded like a well-paced story. The meal began with poached lobster and lamb meatballs, followed by comforting ravioli in cherry tomato sauce. Next came seared barramundi paired with Tuscan white beans, and then tender beef cheek served alongside creamy mashed potatoes. To enhance the culinary experience, each course was thoughtfully paired with wines from Trulli Salento and Primitivo di Manduria, selected to complement and elevate the flavours on every plate.
Throughout the evening, live jazz music created a relaxed atmosphere, making conversation easy and laughter natural.
