With over 20 years of international experience across Asia, Africa and Europe, Cowan brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, brand strategy and guest engagement.
Before this role, he successfully led Carlton City Hotel Singapore, guiding the team through post-pandemic recovery, introducing new dining concepts and achieving recognised sustainability certification. His career also includes leadership positions at The Savoy and The Berkeley in London, Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club and Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali, reflecting his global insight and collaborative leadership style.
Beyond his professional achievements, Cowan’s passion for marine conservation in the Maldives highlights his strong commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
