Held in Jakarta, this year’s Hilton Connect gathered over 250 corporate, industry, and media partners, showcasing collaborative innovation, sustainability, and purpose-driven hospitality from all 11 Hilton properties across Indonesia.
Hilton has successfully concluded Hilton Connect 2025, its partner and media engagement event aimed at strengthening collaboration with corporate clients, industry partners, and media stakeholders across Indonesia. Held on 26 and 27 November at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta, Diponegoro, the event welcomed more than 250 guests, marking its largest attendance to date.
For the first time, all 11 Hilton properties in Indonesia participated in a fully integrated showcase, reflecting the company’s expanding footprint and its commitment to long-term partnerships in the market. With the theme “Immersive Hilton Journey”, the two-day programme invited attendees to explore the ways Hilton brands serve diverse travel needs, from corporate meetings and social events to leisure holidays. General managers and commercial leaders from participating hotels presented their unique offerings through interactive experience zones.
Key highlights included cultural and wellness experiences from Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Bali, as well as signature culinary presentations from several properties. Attendees also experienced a series of cultural activations presented by DoubleTree hotels in Jakarta, Surabaya, and other regions, along with sustainability-focused showcases by Hilton Garden Inn properties.
Beyond brand experiences, Hilton Connect 2025 featured discussions on partnership opportunities, sustainability initiatives, and innovative solutions for meetings and events. The event also highlighted LightStay, Hilton’s global platform for tracking the environmental and social impact of each event, enabling planners to make informed and responsible decisions. Additional updates were shared on the Hilton Honors Event Planner Double Points programme, designed to reward partners for their continued loyalty.
Hilton Connect 2025 further underscored the company’s global Travel with Purpose commitment, promoting responsible hospitality practices that support communities and reduce environmental impact. Through ongoing initiatives, Hilton aims to deliver hospitality that is both meaningful and sustainable as its presence continues to grow across Indonesia.
