Rib lovers will be delighted to know that Hog Wild with Chef Bruno has opened its maiden branch outside of Bali. Since its soft opening on 7th October, the Serpong outlet of Hog Wild with Chef Bruno has welcomed excited guests and diners coming as far off as Jakarta to join in the festivities. The Serpong outlet is open from 11AM to 10PM (Sunday to Thursday) and 11AM to 12AM (Friday to Saturday).
For the soft-opening period, guests can enjoy a curated menu starring Wicked Ribs and Dare to Ribs, sweet and savoury versions of the beautifully marinated and tender ribs for which Hog Wild with Chef Bruno is famous. For visitors looking for something different, try the ox-tail soup – a warm and flavourful classic comfort food served with a side of fragrant steamed rice and veggies. To end your meal on a sweet note, try the fresh home-made gelato on offer, featuring the rich and decadent roche flavour or the tantalising durian flavour amongst a variety of seasonal selections.
