New Stylish Hotels: Waldorf Astoria Osaka

Located next to Osaka Station, the highly anticipated Waldorf Astoria Osaka has finally opened to the public. Rising high above the skyline, the hotel features 252 elegantly appointed rooms, blending the timeless elegance of New York’s original Waldorf Astoria with the vibrant energy of Osaka.

Designed by the renowned architect André Fu, the hotel reinterprets the brand’s classic residential style through an elegant fusion of Eastern and western influences. Subtle nods to Art Deco—a hallmark of the original New York property—are woven throughout the hotel, complemented by delicate Japanese aesthetics.

The culinary experience at Waldorf Astoria Osaka matches the refinement of its surroundings. Peacock Alley, the signature lounge, captures the essence of its New York counterpart with a Japanese twist. Canes & Tales immerses guests in a jazz-inspired atmosphere with tableside mixology. Jolie Brasserie presents a modern take on French cuisine, while Tsukimi, named for the moon viewing tradition, offers a seasonal menu featuring sushi and teppanyaki in a minimalist, serene setting.
