The alternative is a sumptuous four-course dinner encompassing a Hokkaido scallop and watermelon medley to start, a choice of soup, a hearty beef short rib-and-chicken roulade or roasted Atlantic salmon-and-king prawn entrée, and an indulgent Mousse de Framboise for a sweet finale.
