The resort brings one full month of self-examination through a serene stay, activities and treatments.
Gdas Bali Health & Wellness Resort really takes its core pillars to the next level this March. Coinciding with the sacred Silent Day of Nyepi celebration, the wellness resort launches the Mulat Sarira package, a three-days two-night stay that has everything for an improved living.
The stay includes daily plant-based meals from breakfast to dinner, as well as yoga and meditation classes. Guests are also entitled to one-time experiences of the resort’s signature treatments, the 60 minute Me-apun Massage and Herb Aromatherapy.
Mulat Sarira means self-reflection, an ancient Hindu teaching about looking into the values of oneself before judging others around them.
