Plaza Indonesia celebrated Independence Day with a delightful showcase of Indonesian dishes, each reflecting the nation’s rich heritage and pride. The centrepiece of the event, Savor The Flavor – I Love Indonesian Food by William Wongso, featured signature dishes and stories that highlighted Indonesia’s culinary traditions. Guests enjoyed dishes like wagyu beef Rendang and salmon Lodeh while wearing Indonesian-inspired attire. With Yayasan Kanker Indonesia also in attendance, the event promoted a sense of community spirit and raised awareness for cancer through food, fashion and a shared purpose.
