Nyepi marks the Balinese New Year and is unlike any other celebration in the world. For 24 hours, the entire island falls into stillness. Streets remain empty, lights are dimmed, and even the airport closes, creating an atmosphere of complete calm. On the evening before Nyepi, guests are invited to join a guided village walk to witness the vibrant Ogoh-Ogoh Parade.
