As part of Westin Hotels & Resorts’ global wellness philosophy to help guests feel well, move well, and be well, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali creates a series of complimentary sessions led by its dedicated Wellness Ambassadors. These experiences are supported by the guidance of Dr. Jitendra Pokhriyal, the resort’s resident Director of Wellness, who brings a holistic approach that inspires guests to adopt healthier lifestyles.
The programme begins on 19 September 2025 with a morning Mat Pilates class at the Wellness Studio. This dynamic yet low-impact session strengthens the core, increases flexibility, and refreshes the mind, making it suitable for all fitness levels. On 20 September, the focus shifts to Aqua Yoga at the Premium Pool, where gentle yoga movements combine with the buoyancy of water to ease the joints, improve balance, and leave participants feeling energised and light. The three-day celebration concludes on 21 September with Sonic Meditation at the Wellness Studio, a transformative sound journey that uses vibrations and healing frequencies to calm the mind, harmonise the body, and encourage deep relaxation.
