Having a concierge recognised by Les Clefs d’Or is regarded as a mark of distinction for any hotel, reflecting a commitment to service that exceeds expectations. ARYADUTA Menteng proudly celebrates this distinction through its Concierge Supervisor, Rinaldo Martha, who has recently been bestowed the honour of becoming a member of Les Clefs d’Or Indonesia.
The origins of Les Clefs d’Or date back to 1929, when eleven concierges gathered at the Grand Hotel Paris after realising they could work more effectively through collaboration. At the time, however, no formal association was established, for it was not until 1952, when nine delegates met in Cannes under L’Union Européenne des Portiers des Grands Hôtels Les Clefs d’Or, that the international concierge association was officially formed.
Today, Les Clefs d’Or represents a global network of more than 4,000 elite concierges across 80 countries. Since 2018, the Indonesian chapter has seamlessly bridged local expertise with a global network of hospitality legends. Their lapels bear the iconic crossed golden keys; a quiet symbol of discretion, deep-rooted trust, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence that defines a world-class guest experience, now represented by one of ARYADUTA Menteng’s very own.

Rinaldo Martha’s achievement cements ARYADUTA Menteng’s reputation for bespoke, world-class hospitality. A signal to guests that they’re backed by an elite international network, one capable of turning even the most niche requests into reality. While it’s a clear point of pride for the property, this milestone is more about the guests, ensuring that every stay is elevated by the signature expertise and professional intuition only a Les Clefs d’Or concierge can provide.
