At the time, however, no formal association was established, for it was not until 1952, when nine delegates met in Cannes under L’Union Européenne des Portiers des Grands Hôtels Les Clefs d’Or, that the international concierge association was officially formed.

Since 2018, the Indonesian chapter has seamlessly bridged local expertise with a global network of hospitality legends.
