Jakarta Fashion Week 2026 returned with a stronger vision, uniting heritage and innovation in a showcase that reaffirmed its influence across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

This year, Jakarta Fashion Week 2026 brought a renewed sense of purpose, reaffirming its position as Indonesia’s most influential fashion platform and one of Southeast Asia’s most significant creative stages. With The Legacy of Style as its central theme, the event celebrated the ongoing dialogue between tradition and innovation, showcasing how heritage continues to inspire the future of Indonesian design.

Held at Pondok Indah Mall 3, the event unfolded with vibrant energy, setting the tone for a week filled with creativity, collaboration and cultural exchange. More than a hundred designers participated, ranging from established icons to emerging names, including Auguste Soesastro, Rinda Salmun, Sapto Djojokartiko, Sebastian Gunawan, Toton and more. The debut of the ASEAN Fashion Parade, featuring designers from Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines, further highlighted Jakarta’s growing role as a regional fashion hub.

Government representatives, including Jakarta’s Deputy Governor Rano Karno and Tourism Minister Widiyanti Putri Wardhana, also expressed strong support for the event, recognising Jakarta Fashion Week as a vital link between culture, creativity and economic development.
