The Start of Something New at Day Zero Bali

Day ZeroDamian Lazarus with Crosstown Rebels is partnering with Savaya Group to bring Day Zero, Mexico’s famed rave, from the Mayan jungles of Tulum to the spiritual grounds of Uluwatu, Bali.

From legendary hero’s journeys to blessings overflowing from ethereal beings, mysticism floats in the Balinese air, woven so intricately into its culture and folkways. This makes the island the perfect destination for Day Zero, one of Mexico’s longest-standing and most renowned raves, led by British DJ and producer Damian Lazarus, which is making its Asian debut on 17 April 2026.

Presented by Damaian’s imprint, Crosstown Rebels, in collaboration with hospitality management company Savaya Group, the festival is set to take Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park on a Journey to the Centre of the Universe, transforming the grounds into an otherworldly playground of dance-worthy music, pounding beats, neon lights, and cultural immersion.

Day ZeroStill, the premise of Day Zero Bali carries the same cosmic spirit as its Mexican predecessor, which has graced the Mayan jungles of Tulum since 2012. This locale serves as the inspiration behind its metaphysical, apocalyptic ambience, drawing from the region’s indigenous ancient tribes as well as the prophecy of their ancient calendar. This ethos of connectivity to the land and reverence for its heritage is now transcending international borders as it arrives in Milagres on 3 January 2026, before returning to its home in Tulum on 10 January and gearing for its weeklong festivities in Bali.
