Signature creations reveal deeper storytelling: vibrant gado-gado with his famed peanut sauce, Selada Bangka orange and shrimp, aromatic laksa udang, and Singapore rojak Nyonya. Hearty mains continue the narrative with slow-simmered beef rendang, fragrant ayam kecombrang, inky Pekalongan black squid, smoky eggplant balado, and sautéed winged beans with teri Medan.
