Now open with 198 guestrooms and suites, alongside Shutters Restaurant & Bar, the hotel marks the first phase of its highly anticipated full opening.
Guests can access the shoreline directly from the lobby within moments, whether for a morning swim, a surf session, or a scenic stroll along the Coogee to Bondi Coastal Walk. Shutters, the hotel’s beachfront dining destination, pairs sweeping sea views and a menu of relaxed yet refined dishes, suitable for both morning coffee get-togethers and sunset soirées.
By the end of the wet season in April 2026, the experience will have expanded. An ocean-facing infinity pool and leisure deck serve as the centre of the experience, featuring private cabanas, a poolside bar, and an outdoor event terrace. The opening also introduces Eliva Spa, Club InterContinental, and a signature restaurant by internationally renowned chef Rick Stein, further elevating the coastal hospitality scene in Coogee.
