The debut of Paradisus by Meliá Bali introduces a refined, wellness-led escape where cultural immersion and thoughtful luxury blend effortlessly in the serene surroundings of Nusa Dua.
Set along the pristine coastline of Nusa Dua, Paradisus by Meliá Bali has officially opened its doors, marking the Asian debut of the luxury all-inclusive brand from Meliá Hotels International. The launch signals a new chapter for both the brand and Bali’s luxury hospitality landscape, introducing a more experience-led approach to travel centred on wellbeing, cultural connection and effortless relaxation.
For Gabriel Escarrer Jaume, Chairman and CEO of Meliá Hotels International, the opening holds particular significance. Bali was home to the company’s first international property in Asia more than four decades ago, and the arrival of Paradisus represents an evolution of that longstanding relationship with the island. Designed to encourage guests to experience Bali on a deeper level, the resort blends contemporary comfort with local traditions, natural beauty and a sense of mindful balance.
Guided by the brand’s Wellness Designed by Destination philosophy, the resort offers 492 suites, including seven private garden villas complete with pools, open-air showers and bespoke amenities. Across the property, guests will find four swimming pools, eight restaurants, three bars and expansive tropical gardens overlooking the Indian Ocean.
The all-inclusive concept has been carefully tailored to provide flexibility and ease, allowing guests to enjoy dining, activities and wellness experiences without rigid schedules. Beyond accommodation and dining, the Destination Inclusive programme introduces curated cultural experiences inspired by Bali’s heritage, from traditional Lontar writing and Balinese dance workshops to village visits and spiritual journeys near Mount Batukaru.
Distinct spaces cater to different styles of travel. The Reserve offers an adults-only sanctuary with private beach access and personalised services, while Family Concierge creates a premium experience for families through dedicated facilities and activities for younger guests. Teenagers are equally well catered for with a dedicated Teens Club and recreational spaces.
Wellness remains at the core of the experience, with daily yoga, meditation, sound healing and sports programmes complemented by the serene YHI Spa, featuring 12 treatment rooms, sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation areas.
Dining is equally diverse, spanning Spanish, Indonesian, Japanese, Middle Eastern and South American cuisines. From beachfront seafood at Kanna Beach Restaurant to refined Indonesian flavours at Arum, the culinary offering reflects both global inspiration and local character.
With its seamless blend of wellness, gastronomy and immersive cultural experiences, Paradisus by Meliá Bali introduces a fresh and sophisticated perspective on luxury all-inclusive travel in Asia.
